Memorial Day!

My Memorial Day weekend was really good. I didn't celebrate in fashion. I was home alone majority of the weekend while my family was camping. I went to a bonfire on Friday. Did nothing on Saturday. Sunday was graduation and went to another bonfire. Monday I just relaxed all day. The first Memorial day was celebrated on May 30, 1868. What we actually celebrate on Memorial Day is all the people who are in the army, navy, military, etc. All the soldiers in the US. It is considered their day.

National Month For ????

I honestly don't know why people would set up unusual things for us to celebrate each other. I find it weird but I guess it's what people thought would be interesting to do. I believe that some people do celebrate these things. I really didn't know this month was for smiles. Three other things we should celebrate in May is be yourself. Also a relaxation day and don't wear make up day. I'm not sure what I would really like to celebrate this month to be honest.

Violence on TV

The amount of violence on TV is a little over board sometimes. I feel like there is a lot more today than there was back then. I wouldn't say there is too much violence but close enough to it. I think the really violent shows should be on after a certain time at night because only of little kids watching it. It would manipulate their minds and make them think wrong. I don't really watch violent TV shows myself. I don't think they are that entertaining to be honest. I really don't know why TV shows would have so much violence. I think violence should never be the answer to anything. It should be your last resort. I believe American Horror Story has violence. This is like the only show I would watch. There is a lot of fighting, blood, deaths, etc. Somewhat mature content in it. I think you should at least be 15 or older to be watching this show.

Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of the Battle of Puebla held on May 5th. It is celebrated because it is like their independence day for them. Anyone can really celebrate this holiday. It's mostly Hispanics who do though. I'm not sure if it should become a national holiday because it's mostly about Mexico than any other countries.
