Prom

I honestly like Prom. I think it's a fun experience to have your last two years in high school. It let's everyone dress up and look nice and decent. I do believe it is important to go your senior year of high school because it's your last high school dance ever! You have to cherish your moments and make them the best memories. I'm really excited for After Prom. I've heard from people who already went to After Prom and it sounds really fun. I'm more excited for After Prom then Prom to be honest. Some times I do believe we should just have After Prom.

Earth Day

Earth Day to me means that you are staying green and helping the environment stay healthy. I remember back in 1st grade we made our own bookmarks made out of recycled newspapers. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Here are some facts about Earth Day:
  • The first Earth Day was celebrated on April 22, 1970.
  • It became worldwide by 1990.
  • Earth Day was renamed officially by the UN in 2009 as International Mother Earth Day
In order to celebrate Earth Day, you should clean up local areas, use the three R's, etc.

Spring Break

The day I had that was most eventful of my spring break was Monday. I went down to my dad's Sunday night. That Monday morning Amanda and I woke up early. We had to wait for Allie to wake up. We got ready and we went over to pick up my friend Jeremy. Afterwards we headed to the Franklin Park mall. When we got there, Amanda and Allie saw a movie while Jeremy and I walked around the mall. I honestly had a lot of fun just walking around. We talked about a lot of things. He took me into stores I have not been in. He even "proposed" at one point which was cute and hilarious. We had Subway for lunch. Once Allie and Amanda were out of the movie we played Marco Polo with them in JCPenny's. They were cheating.... Anyways we took Jeremy home and headed back home watching movies for the rest of the night. I had a really great day on Monday and I wish I could do it again! That was the highlight of my spring break.
